Our family lives in this home when it’s not being rented, and you are welcome to use our lawn games, board games, children’s toys. However, certain areas like the garage, some closets, cabinets and the bottom refrigerator are not accessible for use.

Use dock, pool and fire pit responsibly. Any broken glass found equates to damages and fees related to pool drainage and cleanup starting at $2500.
No parties. Unauthorized parties will be charged $1000 surcharge plus any damages incurred to the property and an additional $250 extra cleaning fee.
