Located in a prime spot on the west coast of Anna Maria Island, you'll be near the center of Holmes Beach providing you with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away! The island also has a free trolley that goes up and down the island if you want to explore. There is also a provided parking spot for 1 vehicle so nothing is out of reach!

Whether you're cooling off with a dip in the shared heated pool, lounging at the beach with a refreshing beverage, or surfing the free WiFi to plan upcoming activities, you'll be comfortable every moment of your stay. Cook up a tasty meal in the fully equipped kitchen, load up the dishwasher for an easy clean, and sit back and enjoy some tv in the family room. A private washer/dryer lets you take care of laundry, so pack light and save room in your bags for souvenirs!
Additional sleeping for 2 guests is available on the futon in the family room.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
