Our family and I had an excellent vacation. From our room, we could see the sand and the sea—a very clean and super comfortable place. We really enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Beach Resort. The sand and the ocean are just a few steps away. There are good restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

Well maintained and clean hotel. Very nice pool and great spot on the beach. Only issues: advertising a king and a fold out queen bed but got a king and 2 cots. The cots filled up all the space in the room making it cramped, couldn’t get out the back door. Also provided with only 1 extra blanket? How are 2 cots supposed to use one blanket? Last issue…. Admittedly we didn’t get insurance and we had to change our dates within the week before, but it was really surprising that we had to pay double just for changing dates. Definitely made it not worth what we got for the stay.

On booking and online checking we were promised and given a 2nd floor room with a sea view which we paid extra for. On checking we were given a ground floor room with no meaningful sea view right at the far end and next to a neighboring hotel that was under construction. It was noisy, dusty and dirty. In my view the hotel should have been shut while this work was going on. Even on the beach you couldn’t hear the waves for the constant banging. The hotel decided by not making this information available at time of booking and still charging the full mid summer rate

Loved this property. Had it narrowed down between this resort and one down the road and I’m SO GLAD I chose this property!! I drove up from Naples and met my son who is attending USF here for a long weekend of Mom & Son time. It’s located on the tip of the island so the views were exceptional!! Staff was accommodating and did a great job communicating. Will absolutely be staying here again!! Less than 10 mins to Lido Key where we brought our paddle boards, and an hour to Alafia Mountain bike trails.

Great location! Private beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas included. Spacious beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds. Full kitchen and plenty of parking. The resort was amazing. The access to the beach was great. The resort called me the day before our scheduled check in to see if we were celebrating anything special and to see if we needed anything upon arrival. At check in a bottle of champagne and a birthday card was in our room. Nice touch! Through our stay the staff checked in via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
