Updated kitchen, full laundry, new comfortable queen size bed, and flat screen TV. Sofa features a pull out for extra guests. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. 1 week minimum stay.

Beach chairs are provided as welll as a gas grill, community shuffleboard and pool.

Great location and cute little place. Amenities not quite what I thought they’d be and had some utility issues. Realtor and owner did give me some money back.
