Perfect for families or couples traveling together, this condo sleeps six comfortably across three inviting bedrooms—two with plush king beds and one with a cozy queen. The living area features warm, natural light and opens into a well-appointed kitchen ideal for preparing fresh island meals. 10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels). The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

The condo was good. Definitely needs some updates, lots of light switches dont work, a little loud with the bedrooms in the front, but what makes up for it is the amazing location, you really cant ask for a better location. Amazing sunsets, very private area on the beach, great location to easily get to lots of places. 25 steps to get in, but with that view and location who’s counting.
