The remodel removed walls to create open sightlines from the bedrooms through the living room to the Gulf-facing windows — you can see the water from your bed. Modern LVP flooring throughout. Recessed LED lighting. Gray shaker kitchen with geometric floral backsplash, white quartz countertops, and stainless appliances including a dishwasher added specifically at guest request. Eat-in dining with Gulf views.
The covered patio has composite decking, exposed wood beams, yellow Adirondack chairs, a woven bistro dining set, and a charcoal grill. Morning dolphin shows from the patio. Spectacular sunsets. A full-size washer and dryer is now inside the unit in a dedicated laundry room with beach gear storage — another guest-requested upgrade that makes extended stays genuinely practical.
Two bedrooms sleep six. The primary has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room gray sofa converts to a queen sleeper. One full bathroom with frameless glass shower and LED-lit mirror. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi. Central AC.
Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and the free island trolley are all within walking distance.
One small pet is welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. Direct beach access makes morning dog walks genuinely easy.
