Poor communication

Many issues with little to no response(we finally asked for a phone call). Owner was very apologetic, but no issues resolved. We didn’t get check in code until after 4pm (we had to call someone at VRBO to help with this). No check in or out instructions (including wi-fi password). Sofa bed frame was rusty and water ran out when we opened. Mattress was stained with rust, so was unusable. Washing machine was broken and dishwasher had a loud screeching sound when on(had to run when we weren’t there).Outdoor fountain was not turned on(helps a lot with street noise). We asked about that and someone was supposed to come and turn it on, but never did. House is lovely with a good pool. We’ve stayed here before with none of these issues.
