The spacious balcony faces Tampa Bay with direct views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge — one of the most distinctive views available from a vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. Sunrises come up over the bay every morning from this position.

Dolphins and shorebirds are visible from inside the condo.

The backyard offers direct bay access — guests swim, kayak, and fish from the property itself. Two heated pools and a tennis court are available within the community.
