Waters Edge Condo 102N is a newly renovated two bedroom, two bath unit, located at 5808 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach in a beach front complex. This much sought after complex features an elevator, large heated pool at gulf side, tennis court and a beach that is unparalleled. The balcony has a side view down to the beach, our sunsets can't be beat!

This unit has renovated bathrooms. Every amenity has been thought out to make your stay here a pleasure! There is a 37" television in the living room and the master bedroom has a 32" television.
Waters Edge 102N will sleep four with a king size bed and a Queen

This is a very popular Holmes Beach rental complex, so please book early.

Condo rules dictate a one month minimum rentals during the winter and two week minimum rentals through the rest of the year.
