There is a small fee to use the machine. Small, enclosed garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. As well as your own garden we have 10-acre grounds with woodland (shared with owners and other properties on-site). Private parking right outside the property.. Sandpipers is a pretty, upside-down holiday cottage adjoining the owner’s farmhouse and is one of three characterful cottages at this location. There are two cosy bedrooms downstairs and a light and modern open plan kitchen/living space upstairs. There is a large TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games to keep you entertained or simply curl up with a book and unwind on the comfy leather sofas. With its own private garden, you can enjoy a lazy breakfast while making plans for the day ahead, and you are welcome to use the owner’s fields for games or exercise.

Holsworthy is a historic market town just 2½ miles away with a selection of coffee shops, a Waitrose supermarket, butchers, Post office, plus a few shops supplying basic amenities. Holsworthy has an 18-hole Golf Club and an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre. The village of Pyworthy, with its popular village inn and restaurant, is just ½ mile away.

Bude is 15 minutes by car with its historic castle, vibrant town centre and great range of good restaurants and bars and is perfect for a day out. While water sport enthusiasts can try their hand on the surf at one of the fabulous beaches. There is a range of water sports and fishing available at the nearby Tamar Lakes, as well as coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, horse riding, cycling on the National Cycle Route 3 which passes by the cottage, or simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

There is something for everyone in this stunning location. With pretty fishing villages and spectacular beaches and coves dotted all along this coastline from Padstow, Tintagel, Crackington Haven and Bude in Cornwall to Westward Ho!, Clovelly and Instow in Devon, and for a great day out, the famous Eden Project is within easy reach. Beach 8 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

All beaches are dog friendly, Widemouth and Crooklets have a time restriction from 15th May but you are still allowed on the beach before and after these times with your dog. The owners have three cottages available and can provide accommodation for up to 10 people, in Nuthatch Barn and Stonechat Barn, should you wish to come as a group.



There is a washing machine in the laundry room should you need to use for a small fee.
