The large, sunny, enclosed garden overlooks the orchard and countryside beyond, and makes a great spot for a lazy breakfast whilst you plan your day.

The historic market town of Holsworthy is just 2 miles away and has a good selection of local shops, a supermarket, town amenities, a golf club and an indoor swimming pool and leisure centre. Winscott Cottage is within easy reach of the sandy beaches on the north Cornwall coast, including the excellent surfing beach of Widemouth Bay and the seaside town of Bude, with its beaches, sea pool, shops, pubs and restaurants, only 10 miles away.

Water sports and fishing are available at the nearby Tamar Lakes, as well as coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, mountain boarding, horse riding, cycling or simply relaxing.
