A super semi-detached, modern brick and flint cottage with two parking spaces, nestled within a few minutes' walk of the centre of the popular and beautiful Georgian town of Holt. Perfectly located to explore inland and coastal North Norfolk, Samphire Cottage, is an ideal hideaway for a couples, small family or group of friends.
Samphire Cottage boasts oodles of space with a modern feel and furnishings throughout. There's a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a Rangemaster oven and Tassimo coffee machine and seating for four people, and the sitting room opens on to a lovely sunny garden room which in turns spills on to the enclosed garden via patio doors - the perfect spot for a summer sundowner while the children and dogs play securely. Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower, a double and a single room which both share a family shower room. The single bedroom (Bedroom 3 in the photos) is designed as a complimentary extra should guests want to sleep separately, as the cottage is set up comfortably for four people in the living space.
Samphire Cottage is a wonderful holiday property and will suit those looking for a short or long break at any time of the year, as the cosy sitting room has a wood burning stove for extra warmth during the winter months. The property is in the ideal location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Just a short drive away are the traditional, unspoilt seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer, both of which have Blue Flag beaches. You will want to return to this gem of a cottage time and time again.
