The property was well located on the outskirts of Holt - 2 min walk into the town. Parking was easy using the allocated permit. The property had everything we needed and they kindly left some cupcakes and milk for our first cup of tea! Lovely decor and everything spotless.

This gem of a cottage is in the most perfect spot for exploring. It is quiet and much larger than expected. It's very clean and cosy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Parking is an absolute dream. The hosts are kind and very approachable providing cake, milk, sugar and tea bags to welcome you after your travels. We would and are recommending this cottage to everyone we know. Thank you for our brilliant holiday.

Absolutely great cottage. Great location. Everything on your doorstep. I took my partner there as a surprise Birtday present. She loves walking in the countryside. Those walks are accessible just behind the cottage. Plus more in the surrounding area. The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with all facilities catered for. Clean and well presented- everything needed for a comfortable stay. Should be noted that the back garden is a shared courtyard for those with dogs, but open parkland is on the doorstep.

Lovely cottage, clean and as described. The owners left a note and some cakes in the fridge so was a lovely touch. Perfect location to the town and also a beautiful dog walk on the doorstep!

Great location, clean and perfectly equipped for our stay. Great host who responded to and resolved an issue with the bed immediately, going above and beyond our expectations. This cosy cottage backs onto Spout Hill which is great if you have a dog. It is only a short walk to local pubs and restaurants and is ideally positioned for local walks and is only short drive from Salthouse, Clay and Blakeney. Around a 25 min drive to Wells Next Sea Two good sized bedrooms , one with a double bed and the other with two singles. As with many cottages the bathroom is located downstairs . A great stay.

What a lovely little cottage so close to the centre of Holt. Perfect to bring your dog too with Spout Hill on your doorstep. We will most definitely be back!
