Wildwood is accessed from the rear decking which is reached to up a set up steps. There is a spacious porch room with sofa and table for keys/pocket change etc.

From the porch you enter into the property through the main door into a hallway which leads to all rooms.

Enter the kitchen/living area which boasts modern appliances including a large 5 point gas hob, electric over, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove top espresso pot, cafetiere, microwave, a dining table and seating for 4 as well as a sizeable lounge area with electric log burner style fire and patio doors leading out to a decked area. There is WiFi included in the property, which is a rare service for properties at Kelling Heath.

Bedroom 1 is a good sized room featuring a king bed, bedside tables, dressing table and a hidden walk in wardrobe and ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 2 offers full size single twin beds, a cupboard and bedside table.

The family bathroom has a modern rainfall shower, washbasin, electric towel rail and WC.

Outside
