Beautiful, modern, and well-equipped accessible holiday apartment for up to 4 guests in the idyllic Rotkäppchen-Land.



The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (160 x 200 cm), a cozy living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), integrated kitchenette and dining area, and a modern bathroom. For families, a Hauck crib and a high chair with baby recliner are available. A terrace with a gas grill right outside the apartment invites you to enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings.



In the garden, a heated pool built in 2025 is available for shared use and is fully accessible. Even on cooler summer days, you can enjoy swimming. The pool is not exclusive to the apartment and is shared with other guests. Shops are within walking distance, and a bakery is directly across the street.



This year, we offer even more fun for children with a Quadro climbing frame and slide.



The location is ideal for excursions and activities. The UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in Kassel and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Kellerwald-Edersee are each about 40 km away. The nearby Knüll Nature Park with its themed trails is perfect for hiking, and cycling paths start right at your doorstep.



Bringing dogs is possible upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Our mixed-breed dog is happy to welcome playmates.

Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Die Vermieterin ist supernett, hat einen Willkommensgruß vorbereitet, ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hier hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Super tolle Gastgeber.

Pros: Tolle Wohnung. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Kurze Wege zum Einkehren und Einkaufen. Alles super sauber. Auch der Pool ist klasse. Tolle Gastgeber. Die Hündin Paula hat mein Herz im Sturm erobert. Sie freundete sich auch mit meinem Hund an. Diese Urlaubstage war sehr schön. Wir fahren im nächsten Jahr wieder gerne hin.
