We'd like to invite you to experience the unobstructed panoramic views of Homer Spit and Kachemak Bay. Our house sits atop a hillside overlooking downtown, Beluga Lake, Homer airport, Kachemak Bay, the Spit, Kenai Mountains and beautiful glaciers.
We are a retired, quiet senior couple living at the upper level of the house. We'd like to rent out our lower level of this beautiful house from time to time. There is a separate outside entrance to the lower unit. It is spacious and comfortable for you to enjoy the beautiful views and the comfort of a perfect vacation house. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and one sofa-bed, a big living room, a full bathroom and a complete kitchen with dining areas. It is only a few minutes drive to the town, restaurants and Homer Spit. This is the best for you to enjoy your vacation in Homer.
Note: We have 2 security cameras. One is on the side of the house facing the parking area and the other is on the outside of the shed. They will be on during your stay.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Calvin & Coyle Nature Trail Trailhead. The vacation home offers a kitchen and a sofa bed.
