Magnificent View

The one challenge was in “the apartment.” It was way too crowded for a family of 5. The child beds were uncomfortable and what would happen in case of a fire? The other rooms were very nice. The front yard was great. Please replace the bags boards & bags - hazardous. Additional flatware would be helpful. We had 16 in our group.

A few childhood friends celebrated turning 50 this year. There were 10 of us and it was perfect. Each family had their own room and bathroom. We had an amazing time..

Celebration of Life for my husband

My adult children and their families all stayed together in this beautiful rental with a breath-taking view. It worked fantastic as every bedroom had its own bathroom. I highly recommend this home for any large gathering. It was an easy walk to a few great restaurants, which was so convenient. Can't Go Wrong! Staff was Excellent!

Grabiak reunion

Family of 9 grt together to honor or Dad who just passed. This house is absolutely Beautiful. Great layout and accommodations. The view of Homer is spectacular. We toasted our Dad outside over looking Cook Inlet. There were so many areas to spread out as a group. Thank you for making our trip special. Highly and definitely would recommend this house. Also had a wonderful dinner AJ's Old Time Tavern and Steakhouse (need reservations)

Home sweet home!

I can't say enough about this home. Sleep with your windows open to hear the sounds of Homer birds and rolling tide! Every thing is superb. They checked in on us daily with a text to ensure we had everything needed and guided us with excursion ideas. We stayed last year 14 miles out on East End ... this stay spoiled me rotten with a magnificent view that constantly changed. Adrienne thanks for sharing your home and your staff are on top of everything!!

Merry Christmas with a View!

Our large family rented the entire Seaside lodge for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Usually we meet at Grandma's tiny house, so this was the first Christmas I can remember that every person had a bed & room to sleep in rather than blow up mattresses or curling up on love seats. And no waiting for the bathroom! The place was exactly as photos advertised, and also had a huge beautiful Christmas tree & other lights & holiday decorations. I am picky about mattresses, and you never know what you're going to get in a rental, so I was delighted that mine was firm & super comfy! The kitchen was equipped with enough "stuff" that we were able to pull of Christmas dinner for 13 people. Housekeeping kept in touch via text msg, even on Christmas day, asking if we needed extra coffee, towels or trash emptied. The entire experience was so delightful, we may make it an annual tradition!

This yard and view is amazing! Plenty of sleeping and play room for 8 adults and 8 kids/babies. Staff was amazing with all our questions and so incredibly helpful. Will def be back.

Fabulous!

This was an amazing home and location. We enjoyed the entire house for our group of 8 (4 couples). There was a grocery store within walking distance. A great restaurant across the street, where we ate twice. It was that good! The Homer Hop-On-Hop-Off trolley picked us up just next door. We enjoyed cooking salmon and halibut on the outdoor grill for a wonderful home cooked dinner for our group. Everything was just as explained. Adrienne even helped me find great transportation from Anchorage to Homer and back again. We had three wonderful days & night in Homer. We would definitely stay here again! 5 Stars plus!
