Quiet area, good size yard for dog! In great need of a deep deep cleaning. No bathroom fans worked, gazebo and outside cooking area pretty much unusable. Back door had no lock to speak of. I don’t think the floors have ever been washed, and I must not forget the bugs on the inside. In need of many improvements, very disappointed ! Looks better in the pictures.

Good bang for the buck

A very spacious accommodation. Tons of space inside and out. Personal hygiene provided which was huge when traveling in. Even a tooth brush and paste!

Kayaking in Homosassa fla

The house was very clean and roomy. The beds were all very comfortable. Lots to do in Homosassa. We went kayaking and it was fun and interesting. We also went to the State Park very close by. Loving Homosassa!

A very clean home

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the home. I would have liked to have pots and pans that were in better shape. There was no spatula, hot pads, or dish towels. I also did not like that there was used sponges and a dish rag that had not been washed prior ot our arrival. The beds were wonderful, the towels were new or very clean and that was important to us as well.

Although a few miles from a boat ramp, a lot less expensive than a waterfront property. Very spacious also with sleeping arrangements for around 9-10 people. This is the second time renting this property and will do in the future.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room to move around. Bedrooms were very accommodating. Front yard is vehicle friendly, while back yard is set up for those outdoor evening conversations.

Quiet get away with plenty of room

We go on an annual Scalloping trip every year for 3 to 5 days. We found this property and realized it was perfect for what we do. It was spacious enough to sleep multiple guests and there is plenty of room in the backyard as well as the front for fun activities. Very quiet neighborhood with no traffic. Modern appliances and decorations. The host was very easy to work with and able to be reached whenever we needed him
