* CLEANING except sorting out garbage, washing-up and cleaning the oven
* Ecologically washed Linen for bed, bath and kitchen
* Bed made upon arrival
* Unlimited secure Wifi
* Toilet paper and kitchen roll paper
* Condiments, Tea and coffee (ground and a few capsules Dolce Gusto)
* the stay tax (taxe de séjour),
On option, you can pay for:
* the car slot in a private garage (5 euros per day) at 8 minutes'walk from flat
* plateau de fruits de mer (langoustines, bulots, crab, oysters) on arrival with a bottle of French white wine (Sylvaner, saumur, crémant....) at 60 euros for 2 people. (ticket payment provided).
* private chef on hire (from 100 euros per person)
Flat partially refurbished (brand-new bedroom, WC, new electrical equipment with lighning scenari in the living room and bedroom for nice evening ambience).

Very comfortable one bedroom self-catering apartment that accommodates 2 or 3 guests. The flat is ideally situated in the very historic heart of Honfleur, offering postcard views over the most photographed harbor of Northern France; from the living room, you will be able to enjoy your meals while watching the boats passing by. The flat is sunny and bright throughout the day; the rising sun in the living room; in the early afternoon, the sun shines in the bedroom, ideal for a nap!; in the afternoon, the sun lights up the kitchen for the preparation of your evening dinner.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a 17th century building with lots of character (timber in the stairs and slates on the front ( typical of Honfleur craftmanship). Also, It provides the latest mod cons and hifi equipment for a relaxing break -including international sat- HD TV/radio, dock station for smart phones and double glazing.
To enjoy your night, the king size bed (140*200cm) and its mattress have just been upgraded to a 4-star luxury quality.
For a French person like myself (Nathalie, the owner), food is essential to the French way of life. The reason why my kitchen is almost as well-equipped as yours at home; nothing is missing, you will really be able to cook like a CHEF!
Don't worry, there are also very good restaurants within 5 minutes' walking distance from the flat. Just ask me (Nathalie, the owner) on arrival.
Last but not least, an underground secure parking in a garage (8 minutes'walk from the flat) is available on arrival with a supplement of 5 euros per day.
From a touristic point of view, Honfleur is one of the most visited historical towns of France, dating back from the Middle Ages and there is plenty to enjoy from shops, art galleries, restaurants, artisan bakeries and 'charcuteries'. All of them are at the foot of the building (your car is useless). Be sure to visit the famous churches and museums, or perhaps explore the picturesque villages within the lovely countryside of the 'Pays d'Auge' with its stud farms and numerous thatched Norman houses surrounded by apple orchards.
Just 10 miles away from Honfleur, you will reach Deauville with its casino, beach and race track.! Etretat and its famous cliff is one hour away without forgetting the landing beaches that are 1 hour 30 away. Le Mont Saint-Michel is about 3 and a half hours'drive.
All the maps and necessary touristic information are to be found in the flat and I (the owner) will be delighted to help you with any more information if you wish so. The tourist Information Center is just 2 minutes'walk from the flat!
