We entrust the keys to our family home for a weekend, a week ... to share with family or friends!
Superb fisherman's house with garden, renovated in July 2016, in the heart of the historic center of Honfleur, close to the market place, the Church of St. Catherine and away from the tourist bustle.
The housing of about 80 m2 on 3 levels can accommodate up to 6 people, fully equipped:
On the ground floor living room, dining room, small kitchen.
1st floor, a bedroom, a large closet, a bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms, large closets, hallway, a bathroom.
Outside a beautifully landscaped garden of about 50 m2
The fireplace is not working!

Arrival between 15h -20h (to specify during your reservation)
Departure before 11am

You will be welcomed by Delphine.

Loss or non return of the keys: 150 € (deducted from the deposit)

Plane: Deauville / St Gatien airport at 12 km

The Fisherman's house is in the perfect location for experiencing Honfleur. It is a short walk to the Boudin museum and Erik Satie House as well as St Catherine's Cathedral, shops and restaurants. The house itself is located on a quiet street and has three comfortable bedrooms. The staircase is a little steep but adds to the charm. There is a free parking lot a ten minute walk from the house, but you will not need your car to get around. The harbor is within walking distance as is most of the shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay.

In the middle of Honfleur

This charming house with garden is located in the middle of Honfleur on a quiet street. Perfect for visiting the town. The host was very helpful and we had everything we needed in the house. The house was a peaceful retreat to come back and relax after visiting the area every day.

The house was clean, most important . Sheets and towels were white, again important. (To me). The courtyard was charming . The location was the best. Church bells ringing, patisseries nearby , wonderful restaurants, beautiful atmosphere. The caretaker was wonderful, responsive immediately. I would only suggest an upgrade to the cooking pots. A bit worn. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Florence

Beautiful Area

Honfleur is a lovely harbour town with a great atmosphere and plenty of places to eat and drink. Property is very central. Without parking it was a bit of a walk (10 minutes) to the car each day - but we knew that when booking. Images probably promised slightly greater comfort to reality but we enjoyed our stay very much.

A beautiful house in the perfect location

Florence's house is pretty, quaint and cozy. It is comfortable and clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a stay in Honfleur. The location could not be better for exploring Honfleur to the full. Communications with Florence and Charlyne were extremely helpful. We are happy to recommend this property 100%.

First visit to Honfleur

What a wonderful stay in Honfleur and in this beautiful home. The host was very helpful and communicated every step of the way from check in to the end of our stay. The location was in the heart of the charming town. We had 6 adults and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we were very comfortable. The place was very clean . I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to experience Honfleur with all its charm and beauty.

A lovely home in a charming cory

Barbara was tremendous with communication and getting us set up to enjoy our stay. Her home is really special and we all loved staying there. It couldn’t be more convenient to the train station and all of the sites yet it’s quiet. A perfect BRBO stay!

Nice place

Great location near heart of Honfleur but on a relatively quiet street. The house was quite comfortable for the five of us, and we were able to park either on the street or nearby. The patio was very nice place to relax outside. The kitchen is adequate but not very well equipped for more than simple meals. Contacts with the owner and her agent were superb.

Charming house in Honfleur

We loved our stay at the charming Fisherman’s House. The garden is sweet & the dining area is bright. The staircase is windy,a bit tight and manageable. We easily walked everywhere in Honfleur. Communication was excellent with the host. I hope to return someday.

Lovely character house in an ideal location.

We had a wonderful few days here after Christmas. Communication with Florence was excellent. The house is very comfortable and clean with the added bonus of a private garden. We enjoyed being so central and popping out for croissant in the morning and bars in the evening!

Perfect Honfleur stay

Charming and well-designed house - perfect for our family of four for five days. Tucked away on a quiet street, but very close to the bustle of restaurants, shops, and weekly farmers market. Small patio with flowers ideal for bringing in roti poulet or paella from the market, a spread from the Italian shop, or seafood platter from the poissonnierie nearby. Walk to the beach in the morning SaQuaNa for coffee and pastries. Picnic in the Jardin des Personalities. Take the kids to mini golf on a cloudy day. Have a spritz by the harbor and carosel. Everything is at your doorstep. Lovely hosts.

Honfleur Weekend

We enjoyed a long weekend in Honfleur. The property comfortably accommodated three friends. It is very close to some good restaurants. We even cooked a simple dinner one night in the tiny but well stocked kitchen. If the weather had been nicer, we would have enjoyed our morning pastries and espresso on the patio. We parked one night on the street a few blocks away and used the nearby paid lot for the other nights. It was very convenient and reasonable. Our only caution is the staircase; which some may find tight. We would definitely return.

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the property was difficult to find and parking is very challenging. The owner promptly refunded our security deposit. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely property and well situated

The location was central to markets, shops and restaurants. Florence was very responsive when we needed a few items. The only suggestion I'd make is to update the sitting room couch pillows...they are very saggy. Parking was not an issue at all in that we always found a spot on the street. The stairs are tricky and everyone needs to be careful walking down. I'd recommend this apartment.

Spectacular

The home is lovely and the location is perfect. We enjoyed walking everywhere, shops, restaurants, etc. Also, an excellent location to make a day trip to Omaha Beach and Pont du Hoc, as well as to local beaches a bit further south west of Hon Fleur. There are a couple of items to note: stairs are very narrow to the bedrooms, which would be extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues (and a little bit challenging with full sized suitcases). We had two days over 100 degrees and decided to buy oscillating fans for the bedrooms. We closed up the house with the blinds and shutters during the day and it truly was no problem. We were also very fortunate with parking and found a space on the street each day. However, unless you have a Mini, I would not recommend driving the length of the one way street to exit. We always opted to back down the road and then continue on to the main road. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Cottage in quaint Honfleur

We travelled to Honfleur with our daughters who are 14 and 12 at Easter. The cottage was big enough for the girls to each have their own bedroom with double bed on the top floor and we had a double room on the middle mezzanine level. The cottage is decorated in a neutral tones, private, quiet and had everything we needed (except tea towels - probably an oversight). It is in the heart of the old town and the advantage of this was we could walk to the many shops, restaurants and port. The only things you would want to know about this accommodation is that it is on three levels with a narrow and steep staircase - we were ok with this. Also as mentioned you can park free outside on the narrow lane outside the cottage but you do have to reverse out. We arrived at the absolute busiest time - Easter Sunday when the narrow streets leading to the cottage were teeming with people. Just keep calm and go slow. After this we used the carpark at Naturospace that was free and easy to access. From our base in Honfleur we visited Etretat, Deauville and Trouville and also the D-day beaches. The owner was great to deal with, very quick and clear with her communications even though I didn't speak French. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful!

Our first trip to Honfleur, and Florence’s family home helped make our trip a memory to cherish forever. There were six of us in our group, and this house fit us perfectly. It’s easily within walking distance of all of Honfleur’s many sites. It’s on a quiet little street that provided a very private and pleasant home away from home. Even though we couldn’t take advantage of it due to the weather we had, the private garden is a beautiful addition. Not only is the home beautiful, one of the members of our group kept repeating the same thing as we walked around Honfleur, “It just keeps getting prettier!”

Perfect stay in Honfleur!

We loved our oasis in Honfleur. The place is beautiful and right in the heart of town. We wished we could have stayed longer. There are three gorgeous bedrooms, the living/dining area is open and inviting, and there's a great private garden. This is a three-story building, so if stairs are an issue, take note. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong with this place.
