Late post - stayed from 16-26 September 2025. Most impressed with the service, my husband contacted the hotel before we checked in to inform we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during the stay and we had a pleasant surprise when they sent up a bottle of wine and a dessert with a card. We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon and we really appreciated Staff Aki from the front desk. He personally accompanied us to the room on the first day and one of the days when there was limited deliveries for food due to the weather, he helped us to order the food personally as we had issues with the app and we gave him the money when he brought it up to our room. We truly appreciate that he went the extra mile to provide good service to hotel guests. We really enjoyed the stay - room is great and the bathroom is spacious, housekeeping did a wonderful job when we requested for amenities and cleaning up. Hotel is linked to IFC mall which is convenient for us too. Would definitely recommend. 💕

Excellent hotel choice in Hong Kong

It’s a beautiful building located right near Victoria Harbor with fantastic views. Service was great, rooms are spacious and location is easy to get around on metro and walking distance to many popular areas. The pool is incredible. You have the most unreal views with heated pool, hot tube and cold plunge. It’s really top-notch. Hong Kong island is the place to stay and this is one of thee best options.

I had a harbor view room, and the view was amazing. The staff is excellent, and the property is gorgeous. The pool is the best I've been to, phenomenal view of the harbor and great service.
