This is the 2nd time I stayed in the Hotel, which is located in the vibrant, convenient downtown area, WanChai. The difference is that I had my wife & two kids fly to HK this time to join me to enjoy a happy weekend. Appreciate hospitality of the hotel. It upgraded us without additional charge to a suite room with thrilling view of the city. Clean room, spacious lobby at 19/F, modern facility and polite room service contribute a really amazing experiences of stay in Hopewell Hotel.

Covenient location in bustling part of Hong Kong. The hotel sits atop a mall which turned out to be very convenient, especially the FoodParc, despite the additional time it takes to get in and out of the hotel. The service was excellent and I appreciated being upgraded to a suite in the middle of the night on the second night of my 4-night stay after i smelled cigarette smoke coming through the air con into my room - thank you Hopewell! Would definitely stay again!

Disappointed. ‘hardwares’ NW but need improve CE

One of new and high capacity hotels in HK island side, rooms are new, fresh and unusually ‘generous’ in sizes relatively to others of the same price range… Lobby is new, looks ‘grand’ BUT unfortunately, lack of real seating capacity for waiting guests to check-in, NOT to mention after 19th (or 1floor if you arrived on lvl18, but since hotel share same lifts among the shopping floors…its a ‘vertical’ city design concepts within the building; )transit floors from lifts ride, means that (with my humble experiences, i had stayed in this new hotel more than 3occasions in past 6months) it lacks of REAL 5 stars hotel substances, essences and experiences for most guests... But then again customers are not paying 5stars budget for the room…Need to go beyond the ‘look’ and some staff to need do further basic hospitality trainings in term of manners. Otherwise, good potentials to absorbs some of the area’s hospitality businesses…in short: As good as 3.5stars experiences and prices for 5stars ‘skin-deep-look’ and selfies for groups and family…(2cents comments: romantic couple or more veteran travellers types have BETTER choices in and around the area ;) FF Frequent travellers of Japan, HK, Asia and Europe

The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible via the MTR. The MTR station is located within a less than 10 minute walk from the hotel. Numerous restaurants and bars are within easy reach of hotel. The rooms are spacious and the fitness centre is well equipped.
