I had an exceptional person welcoming me at the reception. free upgrade to avoid the noice caused by the club downstairs. I couldn't hear anything. It was just one night stay but the room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed and large TV. Wish I could have stayed a few more nights.

Excellent stay. We stayed for 6 nights and became very comfortable as soon as we checked in. Good sized rooms (for HL standards), very comfy bed. As we were celebrating my wife’s 40th, They upgraded to Platinum room us at check in (Thank You!). Great location - minutes walk away from amazing breakfast places, Bakehouse, eating joints, Queens road shopping and MTR. Highly recommended.

Staff is great, location is closed to Lai Kwai Fong and just a few walk to mtr. It is really good to have free mini bar and snacks. But it is quite disappointed on the interior and furniture, the lightning is too dim, inside looks torn.
