Réception & concierge staff quite attentive. Since we we’re staying 10 nights, we had a suite (450 sq ft), it was very comfortable for a long stay.

Breakfast quality was terrible. Limited choices and it took a long time for them to refill the empty bowls. Broccoli is so soggy and blend. It took a good 15 mins to wait for a lift during the breakfast hours

I faced a little bit of challenge during check-in as they collected my personal details and a holding charge on my credit card but didn’t approach me to check-in well last the 2 pm time until I walked up to the front desk again. The housekeeping staff is exceptional and they maintained my room really well. The location is convenient and scenic and close to major transportation facilities. The hotel needs bigger elevators and more than 2 of them. The elevators stopped practically at every floor during breakfast, check-in and check-out hours.

Very old building. Not kept up to date. The bath towels have huge holes in them even though I drew attention to them. Elevators are really slow so there is always a lot of people waiting. However, despite everything, the bed and linen were very comfortable.

I stayed here 5 times both for biz and for pleasure and generally happy with this hotel. I usually had a view of the harbor if I was on higher floors. Only complaint was the elevator taking forever to get in especially during check-out time. (The elevators were often filled up by upper floors’ occupants.) One way to solve this is to dedicate an elevator for certain floors like how some commercial office buildings do.
