Great view, great rooms and nice facilities. Staff was very friendly although service in the lobby siding area was a bit slow and overpriced for what you received . But the hotel has amazing views and invites you to just chill and relax. We would definitely come here again.

When pressing the "Customer Service Button" on the phone, (forever) nobody answering the phone. The shower head (water pressure) is weak. Shuttle service is confusing at one of the MTR Stations. We're being told that shuttle bus will only stop in there at certain time. Actually, the shuttle bus always stopping in there.

I really appreciate the cleanliness and the spacious environment. I think the reception staff gave me a room upgrade with a birthday cake (whole cake) after seeing my identity card - non-requested and unmentioned. Dinner buffet was offered at a 40% off discount. The stay was very enjoyable.
