Excellent hotel IF you are fit to walk up to the building - as taxi's leave you at the bottom, then an, extremely, unbelievably steep incline up to lobby. Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike. Lots of shopping, this is the heart of HK, enjoy!

A lovely home away from home!

If you are looking for something different from the usual stuffiness and formality of a hotel, look no further! Ying'nFlo is a serviced apartment which really feels like a home away from home. Location: I stayed at the Wan Chai branch which is really well located - 5 minutes walk from Wan Chai MTR; lots of good food in the area (including the very famous Samsen, and all the eats along Lee Tung Street); and several tourist attractions in the vicinity (Blue House; Wan Chai Market). The neighbourhood is quiet, and safe. Rooms and Amenities: Absolutely comfortable, well maintained, and clean. Amenities include a fridge, washer-dryer (very handy!) and induction cooktop. Mattress was on the firm side which I liked. The rooms are exactly as depicted on the website. There is a lounge on the ground floor, as well as an open air balcony to chill out, eat, or smoke. Service: Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Checking in and checking out were hassle-free and smooth.

What a fabulous start to my break in Hong Kong; I was greeted with a free upgrade at this hotel. The hotel room/flat itself was very spacious and could definitely fit 3 people in it. The sofa was firm enough and big enough for a child up to the age of 10 I would say. The washing machine and kitchen facilities all came in very handy especially as we had to use the machine every day. The aircon is powerful and there are air con machines in the living space and the bedrooms. It is very close to the MTR. There are lots of exits from the MTR, I used A3 mostly to get back to the hotel. It is very close to the markets for grocery and souvenirs. The staff were friendly and were able to speak in English and Mandarin. The free coffee from their lobby is amazing and I didn't bother buying coffee when I was out. I would definitely use this hotel again albeit a little hard work up the steep hill!

Not sure why but a lot of noise into the late night above us. We were on the 22nd floor of 24 floors. Other than that, the property was nice. FYI, you have to walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel.

They didn’t have our booking upon arrival so fortunately I had the app on my phone so reference number was there. All remedied very quickly. Good location and perfect especially with the washer/dryer good aircon and tv in both the living room and bedroom. Good pressure shower.

I like the small kitchen in which I can prepare my hot drinks and heat up my food. Wan chai neighbourhood is very vibrant, very eclectic - modern fusion cuisine amidst the local noodle stalls! The wet market is just down the road - the perfect place to grab fresh fruits - a must for me when I travel!

Second time with my wife here, even better exp rience than before. They improve the amenities: custom temperature water heater for drinking, portable heater for winter. Plus they gave us extra cord for our convenience. Cleaning service comes every day, providing clean towels, vacuum the floor, make your bed, giving extra from everything so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest and focus on your journey. Oh and smiling staff, lot of positivity. Plus free laundry detergent and dish soap are given by request in the receptionist. Location is excellent: groceries around you, hiking tracks close by, transportation literally on the street next to the hotel. Extra point for the direct airport connection via public transportation, budget friendly bus (can pay via Octopus card)

Downside- Road access to hotel is very, very steep, don't consider this place unless you are agile and traveling light. Staff grimaces to smile, nobody smiles to welcome you or say good morning. Since its hard to get a cab to come up, you are expected to wheel down your luggage to the street, which is a steep incline. And no they don't offer to help, losing their temper that I dared ask. Very efficiently designed service apt, clean, well planned kitchen wirh excellent amenities, nice bathroom. Nice terrace area to chill. But, will not stay here again due to access issues and unpleasant staff.
