Although we were pleased to find items not always provided in short term rentals - coffee filters, night light in bathroom - and the unit appeared clean when we arrived, we didn't find the unit was really "guest ready." The drawers in the bathroom vanity didn't work (I reported in my response to the query asking if the unit was clean we receied right after we go in) and there were NO instructions for operating the overhead fan in the bathroom or how to operate the TVs. We were totally unfamiliar with the SPECTRUM system! We got the TV in the main room to work - sort of - but the TV in the bedroom didn't work at all.There was also a problem with the dishwasher. I called to report that. Brian, the repairmann who responded the next day, was GREAT and agreed with us that theg problem was probably due to the detergent that had been provided - full size "pacs" for a small dishwasher (we have a small dishwasher at home & use powdered detergent to fill the detergent dispenser) He offered to replace the detergent but I told him we'd continue to wash the dishes b y hand & he should just report the problem & replace the detergent before the next guest checked in. He also fixed the anity drawers.

Was blown away at how well it was stockedWhat we bought, dish & dishwasher soap paper towel, toilet paper we just left there Was little warm, but after we figured out bedroom fan it was great. The people very friendly, the only 1 down fall was the banging of the door when neighbors left. The best part was at sunset two men blew the conch and the one man blessed both in english and Hawaiian languages. The sunsets are amazing

Good spot on Maui

We had a great visit in Maui and loved our Hale Ono condo on the beach. Easy access to the reef and paddle boarding, turtles in our area were fun and it's a good location to be close to everything but not the busy hustle of Kaanapali or Lahaina can be.
