The property management company requires a $300 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. A rental agreement is required to be signed upon booking. If you wish to see the contract prior to booking, message us and we'll be happy to send it.

Disclaimer: Maui beach access points sometimes undergo construction and can be blocked off at times. Since they are public beaches we do not get notifications, please research before bookings. We do not have control of these incidents.

We are not equipped like a hotel and we do not provide a linen service during your stay although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Honokowai Beach Park. A hot tub is available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.
