Your beachfront retreat includes thoughtful upgrades like a split A/C unit, a private washer/dryer, and a beautifully redesigned bathroom with Kohler and quartzite finishes. Entertainment comes easy with a wall-mounted Smart TV and complimentary 5G Wi-Fi.

Perfectly positioned at the resort’s center, F207 offers the ideal balance of privacy and convenience - close to both pools and grill stations yet wonderfully secluded. 1) We also have a one-bedroom unit F306 within the same building, providing excellent guest accommodations for visiting family members or friends.

2) We switched to self managing both properties in June 2025. Although our previous reviews didn’t transfer, we’ve been welcoming satisfied guests to these properties since 2020.


—PROPERTY UPDATE—
PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS AT PAPAKEA RESORT:
We’re excited to share that Papakea Resort is enhancing the property with updated plumbing throughout the resort. While some light construction activity may occasionally be heard outdoors, we have wonderful news: Building F is already complete as of August 8th, and all buildings A through G will be completely finished by the end of October. These updated building areas offer a peaceful experience with easy access to all resort amenities. Details: 1) Work typically takes place from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. 2) Crew members may arrive for quiet setup as early as 7am. 3) Any louder activities are scheduled to begin after 10am to respect morning relaxation. 4) The overall project is expected to wrap up around June 2026, and we’ve adjusted our rates during this period as a way of saying thank you for your understanding. Staying in our beautifully updated areas means you’ll enjoy a tranquil experience while still having full access to everything Papakea has to offer. We appreciate your patience as we work to make your future visits even better!
