Step into this 600 sq ft 1-bedroom condo on the 16th floor of Waikiki Banyan (Tower 2 - Mauka), where mountain and city views stretch out from your private lanai and Waikiki Beach is just one block away. Whether you're here for surf, sunsets, or simply slowing down, this is your ideal Hawaiian base.



Living area

The living area is bright and comfortable, centered around a 40" Hisense Smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa (best suited for children or occasional use). Step directly out to your private lanai, furnished with a table and two chairs - a perfect spot to enjoy the mountain and city views with your morning coffee. Window A/C and free high-speed Wi-Fi are included throughout.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king-size bed, 32" LG Smart TV, closet, drawer, and two nightstands, with convenient direct access to the bathroom.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel electric stove, double oven, microwave, and all the essentials you need to cook full meals - from pots and pans to a blender, rice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and wine glasses. A countertop with 4 bar stools makes it easy to dine in or pull together a casual breakfast before a beach day.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a tub and shower combo, vanity with cabinet, hair dryer, fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths (one set per guest), plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



Recreation deck (6th floor)

The Waikiki Banyan's newly rebuilt recreation deck - the largest in Waikiki - is now open and ready to enjoy. The fully redesigned space features a large heated swimming pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, sun loungers and daybeds, modern barbecue and grill stations, an outdoor playground, and a full tennis and play court.



Beach essentials & building perks

Pack light - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and mat are all provided. The building also includes laundry facilities on every floor (WASH-connect/WASH-card), complimentary parking for one vehicle (a saving of $45-60/day), an on-site coffee shop and convenience store, and elevator access throughout.

Waikiki Banyan sits in the heart of Waikiki, one block from the famous golden sands and just a short walk from the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiʻolani Park, Diamond Head, and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian stay is right at your doorstep.

We had a great stay at this property in Hawaii! The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The bed was extremely comfortable. probably the best sleep we had on the trip. Having parking included was a huge bonus and made getting around so convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Waikiki! This unit was easy to access, came with parking (a big must in Waikiki) and had everything we needed. It was as pictured and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Midway went above and beyong to make my stay enjoyable and as comfortable as possible under a stressful situation. They even allowed us to check in a little early upon arrival as we came in a little earlier than expected. This condo was everything my partner and I needed for a perfect weeklong stay. We appreciated that it was updated, clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, conveniently-located, and comfortable. Plus, the owners also provided helpful items like beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and a soft cooler! We loved cooking breakfasts in the morning and enjoying coffee or happy hour on the lanai. Loved the mountain and city views, and it's always a bonus that parking is included and there's a convenient market on site, too. Thank you!

Property was clean and very well appointed. Comfy bed. Nice touches everywhere - a little personal cooler, coffee maker, beach chairs and towels, everything you could possibly need to cook meals, etc. great communication from the property management team as well. Banyan elevators have been a major hassle in the past but they have three running for each tower now and we didn’t encounter any crazy delays. Great place!!
