Room was perfect, very clean and welcoming, best part was the A/C blew right on the bed! Hotel was very conveniently located close to Chinatown and a short walk to the Blaisdell Arena for a concert, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room had visible mold. The only reason why we didn't leave the room is because we had just got in from an extremely long flight with lots of luggage. The mold is inexcusable for top dollar priced hotel.

Room was spotless, loved having vinyl flooring which felt way cleaner than carpet. Spacious room with wonderful kitchen, bath and comfortable bed. Above all was the friendly and helpful staff. So accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind. I will definitely choose to stay here again when in Honolulu.

Appreciate a response to my check in review. Although it was 11pm and we had already gone to sleep, it was nice to have them follow up and actually bring xtra pillows and a blanket. I love to stay at the Executive Centre! It’s a great price for full amenities with the convenience of being centrally located in Honolulu.

The hotel was not clean at all , I had to request cleaning services because they don’t clean your room , and I found cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom area I wouldn’t go back there at all again

The staff was very friendly and helpful, called housekeeping when first arrived due to empty hand soap container. A staff member came up immediately to replace, we were on the 35th floor! The central location was perfect for us and the city bus service was excellent. Would have given five stars but room was a bit dated but very clean.
