The Space:

Morning light catches the ocean beyond Waikiki's skyline, and from the 18th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 2, the view stretches wide - sea on one side, city on the other. Step out onto the private balcony, feel the trade wind come through, and let the pace of island life take over. The beach, cafés, and shops are all within easy reach, yet up here the energy of the street feels pleasantly distant.



The space

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the 18th floor comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The open layout connects the living area, dining space, and kitchen in one easy flow, and ocean views carry through from both the bedroom and the living room. A window AC unit keeps things cool, and the single-level layout means no stairs inside the home.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and fitted with two queen-size beds, a TV, closet, dresser, and nightstand. In the living area, a pull-out sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space - best suited for children or occasional use. Cotton bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are all provided.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, Whirlpool stainless steel double oven, Whirlpool refrigerator, microwave, and freezer cover the essentials, while a Keurig coffee machine, blender, rice maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics round things out. A dining table with seating for four makes it easy to eat in before heading out to explore.

This is a great spot to hang your hat while visiting the island. I couldn't find the light switch for the bathroom, reached out and was helped buy the team at Midway. ( fyi the switch is in the bedroom)

We very much enjoyed our stay at this place! The ocean view kept us from ever turning on the tv, beds were comfortable (we stayed 8 nights), always had plenty of hot water for our showers, laundry room was next door, the well-insulated room kept it quiet at night, 5-minute walk to beach, restaurants/food nearby, air conditioning worked great, coffee & breakfast shop on first floor, trash chute nearby, always found a parking space (even late at night). We look forward to our next stay!

The laundry room was next to room. Easy parking access. Only bummer was renovation was happening at the resort. but we did know that in advance. Easy walk to beach and lots of restaurants around the down town. Everything listed on the web is on point!! Would definitely stay here again. Management was quick to respond when asked questions. Great all around stay! Would definitely recommend.

Good location near the heart of Waikiki, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The parking is a plus and why we chose to stay here. The building is old and when you exit the elevators there is old carpet and there are odors. This unit was clean and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were extremely thin. The couch seemed new and clean and the kitchen was spacious. The patio was nice and comfortable for 2 people.
