Hotel was clean and a short walk to the beach. If you love shopping then this would be a good option. All you can eat breakfast, yeah you heard me.. you can’t beat that. They even got 2 free adult beverages in the evening time. Over all, a good experience staying here. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good stay. It was a great location as it was close to everything (restaurants, shopping, etc.). The lady that cleaned our room was so sweet. My only complaint was that hotel parking for the week cost $440. That’s a bit pricey!

Do Not get a room by the elevator, unless you enjoy hearing the roller coaster sound 24 hours a day. Also, the walls are not soundproof as advertised. If you have low tolerance for noisy kids or snoring creature next room over, advise you either get earplugs or stay elsewhere. We had to relocate rooms because the room at the Hula tower was smoke filled from the restaurants below, we decided to upgrade to an ocean view at the Aloha tower. Disappointingly that room had a bad odor, very noisy, and we had a roach greet us in the bathroom. Be aware also the crazies (homeless druggies) outside at night will scream and screech all night. Stayed here twice, 1st time was pleasant but this time around, neh... Never again...

The poroperrt is in a very walkable safe part of Honolulu. The downsize is all rhe fees fhey charge for the resort and parking. The 2 free drinks at the pool were a highlight and the bartender was great! We had an infestation of bugs in our room the last night we were there that really ruined our last night and recommendation of this hotel.

Loved staying here just seems very strict with charging for losing things like valet tickets or the wristbands for the 4th floor $70 is ridiculous and little bit out of touch seeing as how people are on vacation

We had a wonderful time, no complaints!!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday with family. We booked a King Suite with a partial view of the ocean. The complementary breakfast was a great perk. As well as the reception every night where we got two free drinks per adult. While we didn’t eat breakfast every day nor attend the reception every night, having that as part of our stay was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room with clean. Having worked in the hospitality industry I was definitely analyzing everything at this establishment and I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The concierge came in very handy for organizing activities while on the island and the access to shops in the beach was ideal. Lol I neglected to get any photos of the room, I only took one video.

The staff is excellent, the property was very clean and well maintained. Location was ideal for shopping and dining. The breakfast was the best, excellent and the daily happy hour was very nice. I thought the parking fee was excessive and the resort fee was high. The pool is too small, especially for all the families and children. Overall, a good spot with minor exception.

Close to the beach and shopping, love the ABC store right across the street! The staff was friendly and very helpful every day! Rooms were comfortable for 4 adults, the cleaning crew did an amazing job. The breakfast, the happy hour, everything was so good.

The only complaint I have about the property’s ocean view is it is not a true ocean view but a peek-a-boo ocean view due to the multiple buildings blocking your ocean view. You still pay extra for the so-called “ocean view” though.
