You are free to enjoy a TV show on a bright red sofa. There is a also a King size bed for you to recharge their energy.
There separated another room with a balcony and two super comfy twin size beds to melt down in. In the morning, you can slip into the bedroom balcony to greet first beautiful sun rays of Hawaii.
From the moment you wake up in one of the serene bedrooms, the smell of coffee wafting from the kitchen, to winding down on one of the two lanais as the city lights up for the night, you will surely find comfort and relaxation in this Marine Surf penthouse.
Please Note: This penthouse is one of only 4 rooms on the top floor of the Marine Surf building.
There is a separate key to access the penthouse floor, adding an extra level of security to your stay.

Great location and clean room, but some issues with amenities.The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable.However, we were disappointed that the pool and lanai were closed due to construction without prior notice (though a partial refund was provided later). Also, although there were two showers, one only produced scalding hot water and was unusable.If the amenities were fully functional and the listing information was accurate, it would have been a much better experience.

This place is great for people who like to be around Waikiki area. You have parking included which is a major bonus because you can never find parking in Waikiki. A lotOf amenities including laundry and dryer which is also another bonus. Overall great stay

Property was nice and well lit with lots of big windows, great kitchen for home meals and view. We appreciated the in unit, washer and dryer.Really close to lots of shopping centers, açai, bowls, smoothies, shaved, ice, and of course to the beach. My 18-year-old daughter was in heaven with all the shopping and the beach access. Besides the fancy shopping is also a local target close by for things you may have forgotten or needed on the fly.We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was really convenient for all areas of entertainment, shopping, food services The owner has put lots of good kitchen appliances in the kitchen to use.Kitchen is very nicely done.Few Recommendations:Dish washer soap would be ideal Dish clothes would be handy A broom so its easier to clean the kitchen and other floors A new rug in the living room, the picture shown on VRBO is quite dated and the rug is filthy Inconveniencea) The advertisement shows that the deck or patio is nicely set up however in reality its all under construction and risky to use. I had booked this place to spend time in the evenings on the patio with the green grass (artificial) shown in the picture however nothing like this was at the place itself b) Inside the property itself needs some good renovations especially in the bathroom c) In your instruction you should mention that once the renter picked the key the big key should be used for Penthouse (PH) in the elevator, this was not disclosed and was very frustrating trying to figure out stuff at 2 am in the morning when we arrivedd) No one is at the premises to help out, we asked for help to get in by other visitors in this building and let alone trying to figure out the keyse) The laundry area gets condensed and needs a good clean up. Has many built up lint on the walls and behind f) The air conditioner in the room is located where you cannot close the sliding door hence you cannot get the full black room to sleep

Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc. We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times. Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control. There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low. But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

It was ok

Nice place. However there were tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen and bed side table and floor. I cleaned the kitchen counters many times a day to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming. They were all around the sink and dishwasher too. When I opened the dishwasher they were on the clean dishes. I just decided to keep cleaning them up and deal with it, but it was pretty gross. Other problem was there were no pool towels and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we couldn’t use it. Aside from that the place was nice.

Nice penthouse apartment with great view. The apartment is well equipped and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Well equipped. Easy check in. Parking is tight.

The location was great, the view was AMAZING!

The property was great. There was some damage (walls of the bathroom) and dirt (especially the vents) but overall this property was located in a great place. We were able to walk a lot and get to the beach in just a few minutes. Close to restaurants and shops (the expensive shops- the touristy shops). There's a great gift shop just below the condo which was great selection and prices. McDonald's for coffee was just below the condo. They don't provide a lot of things to stay there. For example, to wash dishes, we had one towel for drying. But the kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook if you wanted to. The beds had minimal blankets and no spares. The beds are so-so comfy. I liked that my kids got their own beds. The view on the lanai was breathtaking, seeing both ocean and mountains. The doors to the lanai were very difficult to open, which is good if you have children but you need to put in some effort to open them. They had a washer/dryer which was so helpful as we didn't pack clothes for every day. There is only 1 couch. Now, the biggest concern, I paid a deposit. I asked them the day after I checked out when I would receive it back. They said 5 days. A few days after that, they said 14 days but would do it manually for me as an exception (around day 10) It's been 13 days since we left and the refund for the $300 deposit is still not received. (We left Nov 5 and today is Nov 18)

Great stay!

Wonderful location. 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of shopping and dining options. Loved the full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Best part was the view and the patios. Building staff very helpful and friendly too.

Very nice place for our elopement wedding and honeymoon

Best part was waking up to see the beautiful view with two spacious patios. Very nice clean kitchen. Very convenient to have two bathrooms which were very clean. The place had two nice TV's with Netflix and YouTube access. Also had easy to use washer and dryer. We had a four door Jeep and parking was a little tight. Would be great for a smaller car. Location was close to all the major attractions. Only small improvement we suggest is putting a clock on the wall.

Clean place, but mis-advertised pictures and unwillingness by host to make it right

The place was clean and in a good location. The pictures showed a BBQ grill on the lanai (patio), which factored in to us booking this place. When we got there, there was no grill. On emailing the host, they stated that the condominiums didn't allow grills on the patios. We had planned some of our meals around having easy access a grill (for burgers, etc). We politely asked if we could get some sort of adjustment since it was advertised with one via the pictures, but they declined the request (and then removed the picture which the grill from the listing). Also, the laundry room has a huge mold issue near the ceiling which could pose a health hazard.

Wonderful place

It was nice and comfortable to stay in this property, right middle of everything we needed. We enjoyed all of those things. I proudly recommend this place to others. Only little thing was if check out time would be nice 11am instead of 10am.
