HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.



The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

We enjoyed our stay at this property overall. The location was great, with beautiful views, and the unit itself was clean and well-stocked—including plenty of towels and beach chairs, which were a nice bonus. The parking garage was also a plus and made coming and going convenient.On the downside, the building itself could use some updating, and we experienced long wait times for the elevators—especially during the first few days when one was out of service. Additionally, we were informed just a few days before our arrival that the fitness center would be closed for the duration of our stay, with no compensation or alternative offered.Despite those issues, the unit was comfortable, and the amenities provided made for an enjoyable stay.

The room itself was just as advertised. The 2 of us enjoyed our stay and being a condo made things easier than staying in a hotel. First impressions of the bus was not great, we arrived late at night, went up to get the parking pass and went in what I think was a service elevator (lined with wood) then the hallway was dark and needing an upgrade. The room itself , I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and nice.

The apartment is exactly like it is on the website. The building is over 30 floor, co-mingled with hotel rooms. Easy walking (about 10 minutes) to Waikiki's busy commercial area, full of restaurants, shopping malls, hotels, and even to the beach (further walking). The 1-bed room apartment was clean, space is good for two to three persons. A/C was working fine. Two cooking pots were stainless steel, which is great. The rest was non-stick. The stove is induction, easy to use. The towels supplied were two sets, probably enough for two persons. Requesting extra bed sheets and towels would be charged according to the rules displayed on the counter. The balcony door. facing west, is not openable, though.

Building could use some renovation but inside of condo was nice and clean. Having a full kitchen was so important because we were traveling with a baby. The patio was small but we had a great view! The location was great! We walked to the beach and the aquarium.

Great condo!

We enjoyed the condo, had everything we needed! Good location, glad parking was included! The laundry room does have an app you can download on your phone to pay, you dont have to get quarters for laundry! The market in the building was very convenient for water and snacks. Also you can rent a beach umbrella at the market!
