We came to Hawaii to visit family and ended up staying at a few different hotels throughout our trip. This hotel was by far the most expensive and the worst experience. If this place was advertised as just a kind of clean hotel with subpar facilities, I wouldn't be writing this; but the price and pictures do not represent what you're going to receive, especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area. I'll attach photos so you can judge for yourselves. The first thing we noticed after entering the room was the smell, which seemed like a mix of dust and cigarette smoke. The facilities looked much more run down compared to the photos, we noticed stains on the curains and walls, trash on top of the fridge, dust under the beds- it was just clear the place hadn't been cleaned proferly. Since we got to the hotel late, we decided to sleep there for the night but my daughter who's allelrgic to dust, roaches, and cats wasn't able to sleep since she was sneezing all night. While this wasn’t a great experience, the reason I’m writing a 1 star review is because of security concerns and the response we received from management. When we entered the room, me and my daughters noticed a cup on the counter with a picture of Jesus on it (hard to not notice) but ignored it. The next morning before we left we noticed the cup had changed. Instead of a cup with Jesus there was now a black cup with a quote and water inside. This raised security concerns which we brought up while c
