We totally enjoyed our stay! The room was amazing, from the view to the amenities. The downstairs restaurant was excellent for a quick drink or for a meal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Empire Steak has was next level. Thes best meal we had while we were in Honolulu. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

When in Waikiki

Love the location and convenience. Check in was good to excellent. Room was large and comfortable. View of the harbor was excellent. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Kitchen was there but we did not use it. Lanai furniture was so, so, not that comfortable and no lounge to lay on. TV was beyond our ability to figure out how to work it. We did not call for help, we just went without. Not user friendly at all. Shower was a total joke with little to no water pressure. Worst shower head ever! There were few conveniently located electrical outlets for charging our electronics. Emphasis on convenient. Shower and/or surrounding area had no grab bars for added safety. Restaurant, poolside services were very good/excellent. TV, shower and electrical outlet convenience were a big, bad, never come back to. Yes, we've stayed at llikai before but probably will not be back until the negatives turn positive. There should be an adults only pool too or enforce the noise, screaming and horseplay in the sitting pool.

Check-in was very easy and fast, Rod is very nice and friendly! The room with the sunset view was perfect. The only thing missing in the room is a full body mirror. There’s only one mirror and it’s only in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel and the location of the hotel is perfect! We enjoyed our stay!

Decent Stay

Overall, it was a good stay. There were some hiccups, but good. They’re very picky about the number of towels they give out, and the beach chairs were very uncomfortable and low, but hey, at least they had them available. On my first night, I found a roach in the bathroom, but they switched us to a new unit on the same floor. We caught some great views on the 24th floor! There are fireworks on Friday night and a luau. The concierge was friendly and accommodating.

A low end property. Cockroaches in the room. Staff was unfriendly, and there is no feeling of security, elevators are open to anyone and there were random people wandering on the room floors. They also charged me a $325 security deposit even though the room was prepaid.
