Ilikai Hotel in Ala Moana was a very good place to stay for my family of four, especially the Ocean View room with 2Br/2Ba/Kitchen. The location of the hotel is great, the hotel amenities were very good, hotel and room was clean, room and beds were very comfortable and staff was amazing overall. The proximity to the lagoon and beach was perfect and if you have an ocean view room [on Friday] then you'll be able to see the fireworks show. The 2 bottles of water each day are great to have and the 1 free mini-scoop of ice cream from Daves on the 1st floor is a fun bonus. You will hear some city noise regardless of your room placement and floor, even on the 25th top floor, but it does die down significantly around 1030pm. Highly recommend this hotel. Mahalo!

Nice property , good staff. Rooms are nice. Wasn't happy that I had people walking back-and-forth by my balcony, because they were doing work. Also, when sitting in my balcony, something fell from up above and landed on the roof and scared me to death.

It would have been a 5-star rating, however, the elevator that takes you up to the lobby from street level was broken. We had to carry our luggages up 2 flights of stairs. And when we checked out on the 5th day - it was still broken. 😤☹️
