Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had rented 2 rooms, one with couple and other with 2 couples. The day we arrived the lights were out, could not get into the rooms, the elevator was not working, understand that the City was doing some construction work.
Room #1 - for a Couple, original room was on top floor, first of all the key code did not work, second the room was in terrible condition, the bed was tilled on one side, the furniture was very old and not at all in good condition. After complaining, we got a little better room.
Room #2 - 2 Couples, the room was in okay condition, the closest doors were off the hooks so its was hard to fully close the doors. Overall was in good condition.
I understand that each rooms are owned by different people, it was a battle tiring to reach the right person who could help us. Especially after a long flight and you run into situations like this, it's was frustrating.
When you pay a good amount of money for the condo's, I think you could do a better job of providing good condition rooms.
Sorry but it was not a good experience for us.
