More transparency would be nice

Property was great, good location and really nice, however amenities were all unavailable for the entire stay. This was brought to our attention after we booked, although we got a 10% refund on request. Also note that there is a lot of noisy construction and the room is right next to the elevator shaft which is very loud and goes all throughout the night!
