Great place and really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion would be to allow more than one FOB per room as we had multiple couples and it was very difficult to do things separately since only ine couple could have access to our room.

We loved our stay! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The units were clean and comfortable. The nearby eateries were amazing and the walk to the beach is short and scenic. We used the laundry and parking accomodations. Each was handy once we got used to the process. I took pictures of each of the parking steps and will post them if I am able to update my review. Our host was kind and informative, very approachable with questions and helpful with local recommendations.

Great place, excellent location. We were a group of eleven (you may have heard of us) and were very comfortable. Carl was an excellent host and very eager to make sure of it. He was very responsive and respectful. Cleanliness was impeccable and the AC units made the temperature were comfortable inside the appartments even during very hot days. The kitchens were very well equipped. Altogether, a very pleasant place to stay for large groups. I definitely recommend and would go back there again. Thanks Carl!

This property accomodated 7 of us beautifully. A few issues with the outdated building but units were clean and well stocked. Parking is difficult with a larger car and access is across the street. Owner was easily accessible with issues

Flexibility

2 groups (6students and 2faculty) stayed for an international field trip on social services in Hawaii. They allowed us to stay extra night after we found out our booking mistake. Thanks Carl.
