Welcome to your stylish island retreat at the Waikiki Banyan! Perched on the 21st floor of Tower 1, this beautifully remodeled condo offers sweeping views of Diamond Head and a peek of the Pacific Ocean—perfect for a relaxing Hawaiian escape.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept space featuring a designer kitchen with premium finishes. You'll find a full-size fridge and freezer with an ice maker, a built-in oven, an electric stovetop with four burners, a dishwasher, and a deep farmhouse sink. The large island serves as a dining area, offering comfortable seating for four.

The living room invites you to unwind with a huge L-shaped sectional and an 85” Smart TV for ultimate entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, framing the stunning views outside.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.***

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:
- A spacious heated pool, accessible between 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Two hot tubs for your relaxation.
- Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been entirely replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive to your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is a starter supply to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team follows strict procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking of amenities after each departure. An additional charge will be incurred if excessive cleaning is required. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms located on each floor, equipped with coin- and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
