Perched on the 29th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this southeast-facing corner condo wraps you in sweeping views of the Pacific, the Honolulu skyline, and Diamond Head from the moment you arrive. The trade winds carry island air through the lanai, and whether you're savoring morning coffee above the city or watching the evening light fade over the ocean, the vantage point alone makes every hour feel unhurried. A calm, private space - right in the middle of one of the world's most vibrant beach neighborhoods.
The space
The open layout is designed for up to four guests and flows easily between the living area, kitchen, and private lanai. Ocean, mountain, and Diamond Head views are visible from the living area, bedroom, and lanai, giving the entire condo a connected, airy feel. A window AC unit keeps the interior comfortable, and fast wifi at 302 Mbps makes it easy to stream, video call, or work remotely without interruption.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and features a king-size bed dressed in fresh cotton linens, with closet and dresser storage for longer stays. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, best suited for children or occasional use. Extra pillows and blankets are on hand for added comfort.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners in - outfitted with a GE electric stove, GE single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, rice maker, blender, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. A dining table seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together before heading out to explore.
Living area and lanai
The living area offers a flat-screen TV, an Ethernet connection, and comfortable seating with natural light throughout the day. Step out onto the private lanai - furnished with outdoor seating - to take in the open-air views, catch a breeze, or simply watch Waikiki settle into the evening below.
Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light and still feel at home.
Building features and access
The building offers elevator access, a private entrance, and paid washer and dryer facilities on-site. Free garage parking on the premises is included for one vehicle (maximum height six feet), and an EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available. The unit itself is single-level with no interior stairs. Building amenities include a shared outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and shared sauna. Guests also have access to a shared BBQ grill, sun loungers, and an outdoor playground area.

Waikiki Banyan sits in the heart of Waikiki, within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, and local markets. Shared beach access lets you head to the shoreline whenever you're ready, and public transportation nearby makes it simple to explore more of Honolulu. Kapiolani Park is close by, offering open green space just steps from the energy of the neighborhood.
Guest essentials
Self check-in is via keypad for easy, flexible arrival. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are all provided. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
