Iconic Ilikai Hotel #1004. Newly Renovated Unit!
The Ilikai Apartment Building (same as the Hotel) is one of Oahu's most popular vacation rental condos. Built in 1964 but constantly being updated and maintained in the common areas, many people including myself cannot believe the building was built over half a century ago. This unit, #1004 offers magnificent ocean views, and 2 pools, and the beach is conveniently away. Many great restaurants are within walking distance including the Food Pantry grocery store for travelers who prefer to cook.
*Important notice* The unit will undergo renovations of the kitchen and bathroom and completion of the work will be in September 2025. Therefore, the unit will look different from the current pictures. We will update the photos after completing the renovation. The bed size will not change.

PARKING If you plan on renting a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for the valet parking rates. The last time I checked the parking rates were $45/day. There is also public paid parking along the boat harbor with a rate of $1/hour. If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly.
Welcome Kit Dish soap, Dishwasher soap, Trash bag, travel-size shampoo, conditioner and body soap, paper towel & two rolls of toilet paper. Please note, we don’t refill the welcome kit and you will purchase your own when these items run out.
Please note, these are not included -NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE or towel/linen change. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. -NO DESIGNATED PARKING. However, the building offers Valet parking. Please inquire Ilikai Hotel directly for the most current rate. -NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach umbrellas are provided.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE — July 9, 2025** Starting the week of July 28, 2025, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access and use for this condo will be restricted from February 21, 2026 to June 29, 2026 (approx. dates). Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. Mahalo for your understanding.
