We were disappointed overall with our stay. The rooms were extremely small compared to what was advertised. We did not have enough towels or bedding for all of our party. Housekeeping did not come any of the days we were there, despite us being out of the room all day. It was extremely noisy and sleep was disrupted. The front desk ladies were helpful and nice, but the male front desk working was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to know what was going on with our reservation.

Overall, everything was excellent. I give it a 9.9 out out 10. It would be a perfect 10 if the resort had beach chairs that we could borrow. The basic chairs from Costco would be fine. I didn’t want to walk too far to get the free chair rentals.

Staff was great, very nice. The room was clean The street noise and nearby nightclubs were a bit loud on the first few days of your stay - coming off of New Years celebration. But location was perfect to walk everywhere. Only thing from being a 5 star is the size / photos online vs what was actually in person. We expected more space since we had a family of 6, and that the king bedroom was more accessible-wide open to other room. If this is not an issue, everything else was great.
