Highly recommend if you are both solo travelling like I did and for families. I recommend you get the unit with a full fridge and kitchen, saves a lot of $$ instead it eating in restaurants

Rooms were not clean. Shower was backed up and they would not fix it till after I checked out. Internet did not work. They original listing mentioned parking but once you book it it says they had not onsite parking. Hard to pay $60 a day and a half mile away to park. They partner for paid parking they had was also far away and not open when I arrived. Not very helpful or friendly staff. Would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car.

Room 327 was very outdated, neglected. The sheets had spots on them, when googled “bed bug stains” came up. At first, I tried to make the best of it and buy new sheets at Target. But we just couldn’t do it and booked with Outrigger to save our vacation. The place needs a lot of love.

Budget hotel and many would give a lower star, however, a good value for the money. Only concern as a single person was being put as far away from front desk off hidden stairwell with windows that did not close and people could see in. I fixed the door and window to ensure if someone tried to break I would hear it. Everything was fine, and fell asleep in minutes of laying down. I was well rested from my late midnight check in to early check out at 8am, and then carried on to Australia. I'd stay again but would not ask for that room on any floor, and verify if the window slats were meant to stay cracked open. Staff was informative and friendly. You cannot beat the location and (late and early) food options, along with food trucks. I will be back!

The AC was ice cold, rooms were cozy, amenities on point for what we needed. Super close to the beach, lots of places to eat, clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even have actual door keys.

When we arrive the room was dirty, dust everywhere and carpets dirty Walls , sheets, tottaly disappointed. We asked management for cleaning, they never did We won't come back to Royal grove hotel I dont recommend Noisy air-conditioning Old place and rusty I wanted to change room and wasn't able I wanted to cancel my stay and couldn't Disagree how management handled our stay
