The staff were pleasant and helpful. Accommodation were clean and comfortable. We did not use the parking garage but we knew it was reserved. Parking in this area is very limited. 24 hr security and after hours assistance if needed.

Major renovation going on.

It's a 50 year old building that they are renovating without telling guests. We had constant jack hammering and drilling between 8.30am till 5pm. Only day there is no work being done is Sunday. A lot of the work is being done on the pool deck so you can't relax there during the day. Work will continue at least until August. The condo it self was okay although the sofa bed was cheap and uncomfortable.

there is contruction right at my room. too anoying until 5pm everyday. the elevator smell bad. they dont clean the room unless you stay more than 9 days. we stay in dirty bathroom and no one clean. smell bad never come back

Hotel room had many roaches. Pull out couch and sheets were dirty. Parking was inconvenient. Only good things were that it was walking distance to the shopping area and security seemed tight.

The only thing we didn't like was the sofa bed the mattress was horrible and the last day we had to shift to different room due to water leaking from the ceiling in the restroom. Otherwise everything was really nice nearby to international market and the beach and the parking was free and was gated.

We just stayed for 2 nights in a car enero 1 bedroom.. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that they only give you coffee for one night and the bars of soap are really tiny. The condo is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around.

The location is excellent, having free parking is amazing, the front staff are very kind and friendly. The building itself is a little dated and the suite’s furniture was also a bit old, but the worst part were the mattresses - both in the bedroom and the pull out couch. Just awful. The swimming pool was great, and all elevators were functional. My biggest gripe was on the day before we checked out, I was walking in my sandals in the area adjacent to the pool outside (outside of the gated pool area, and an employee was moping. I slipped and fell hurting my ankle and knee. Be aware that the pool floor has tiles and any water will make it slippery, and they don’t post slip hazard signs anywhere.

So nice to have a full kitchen in the unit and within walking distance to the beach. Didn’t like parking on the 6th floor since I kept getting dizzy going around in circles. Great value for the property. Would stay there again.
