The staff was very friendly and professional, anything we needed or requested, they were accommodating. Our room was cleaned daily and we had no issues. I've been here before and they did an outstanding job and that's why I chose them again. Great job and when I come back to Hawaii, I'll pick them again!

the carpet in the room was super dirty and there was a cockroach on my wall that escaped into the crack of the balcony door! The sheets on the bed also smelled bad like a thrift store. The shower head sprayed water too widely and it went through the curtain and soaked the floor! Seemed pretty run down.

Great location, vibrant hotel, decor is cool! Only there overnight due to flight connection times. Only negative for us was the street noise til 1:30am. Maybe there is a club close by? Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

yes, after we requested for different room. staff needs to be more welcoming, make eye contact, & smile. cleaning crew needs to be more professional as we heard her made an unpleasant comment that we were picky & choosy while we were next door. we always come & stay here twice a year. we will not stay here anymore next time.
