Customer service from the parking attendant, house keeping, and front lobby desk. Very helpful and accommodating. Feel very homey. The site is accessible to all to the beach and back area of Waikiki. Transportation, Uber and taxi service very convenient. Just keep updating the main hotel lobby aura. I stayed in 14th floor and love taking shower due the water pressure was really strong. Amenities are fair for the price I paid. I will definitely book this place again and will do recommendation to other friends. Thank you for giving the wonderful time in Waikiki.

I gave this hotel 2 stars for property condition because I spotted a few roaches near the lobby coffee area, which made me uneasy while sleeping. At one point, the hot water wasn’t working. I went downstairs to speak with reception and saw another guest addressing the same issue. The staff said they were working on fixing it. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is generally clean. The location is excellent right across from Ross. If you’re on a budget, this is a reasonable option, but for a completely worry-free stay, you might consider other hotels.
