Loved our short stay at the Romer, great decor, comfy rooms and friendly staff. Joined for a morning pool Pilates sesh which was a nice touch and the pool area is a welcome retreat. Everything was wonderful, except for the yucky smell coming out of our shower. Otherwise, would return again

The hotel is tastefully decorated, definitely a boutique style. It may be a small thing to others but we enjoyed that we didn’t wait very long for an elevator! Waiting for elevators tends to be an issue with the larger hotels.

This was a lovely stay! Everything on the property was updated and new, as opposed to many existing hotels in Waikiki. Their service was excellent and the room was clean, the beds were the comfiest I ever experienced, the parking was affordable and the experience was beautiful. If I were to go back to Waikiki I would stay here exclusively. The staff at the restaurant on the property didn't serve me after waiting 25 minutes, but other than that everything was a dream. Will recommend this property to any and everyone thinking of staying in Waikiki!

The outrageous $60/day “hotel” fee was a huge surprise. Shame on hotels.com for not having that info in BIG font or being upfront about that. With having to pay an additional $300, I could have booked a nicer hotel.

The room is spacious for 4 people. Space is very chic and relaxing. The valet parking was a bonus, no need to worry looking for parking in Waikiki.

Overall good other than expensive parking at $50 per night. Street parking very limited and lower floors on the "city view" side are a bit expesive due to being right above the entry. Older but well maintained propoerty. Shared microwave on 2nd floor.

Overall great experience with check-in, check-out and valet parking. Fantastic location in easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and some attractions. On-site pool, refillable water stations, free wi-fi and restaurant to meet your breakfast, lunch or dinner cravings. Most of all, the staff were very friendly.

Modern and the Favorite son’s coffee was amazing. The macadamia nut latte is a must have. Everything about the facilities is great. From valet service to front desk and the cleaning staff. Everyone was friendly l. I’ll even include the one security guard that I bugged about taking an umbrella. I didn’t btw. But great service.
