Amazing value, good service. Loved having 3 double beds and the Murphy, with two separate bathrooms and a really functional kitchen. The location cannot be beat and the valet parking is cheaper than other spots. The rooftop pool and bar offers amazing views. Only one drawback would be that the facilities are a little dated, but that's reflected in the price.

Nice hotel you can borrow kitchenware we booked a room didn’t come with kitchen. There is laundry facilities. Rooftop pool(didn’t have time to use it). You can also fill up water bottles on top floor with ice machine next to it. Over all very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hawaii Resort. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, the location is unbeatable, and the amenities were excellent and well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for a comfortable Waikiki stay. The only downside was the elevators breaking during our visit. Aside from that issue, our experience was very positive, and we appreciated the hospitality throughout our stay.

Great staff. Good value. Great location. Older building. Expected better for rooftop pool/hot tub. Had the amenities we needed with kitchenette and Murphy bed. Really liked the shampoo/conditioner brand.

While the building and interior weren't exactly new, the living room and kitchen spaces were very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were all friendly and answered our questions promptly. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. We even got to see fireworks from the bar on Friday night!
