The room was a disappointment, plain, but adequate. The location was good , close to each and shops . Checking in was distress as they didn’t have our booking.the photos of studio apartment were not clear in the advertising so thought I was getting a better kitchen .

Awesome stay and location

location is excellent, walkable to downtown shopping, beach and nearby park. Valet parking is super convenient, also has discount if you park for a week. Front desk helpful and pleasant. Third floor, has supplies and housekeeping staff, helpful. the rooms just a bit outdated though, needs some upgrading or renovation. Also, needs to have more recycling receptacles to seperate compost and recyclables or landfill.

Great stay

We had a great staybhere. Everyrhing was really close whether we walked or drove. The only thing is that the shower innthe main room felt a bit small and the shower tub felt squishy like the flow underneath was erroding or needed replacement. I felt i coulda fell through sometimes.

Staff were WONDERFUL. Located in a busy neighborhood so anything we needed was walkable. Parking (for a fee) was a breeze. Loved having the ABC store right outside the hotel door so we could stock up before heading out on adventures for the day.

They were very accommodating when we asked to check in a few minutes early, when we requested a portable crib, and when we asked about places to eat. They also offered to valet our car from around the street and carry up our luggage.

Although it was a bit of a walk for us to get to waikiki beach (mobility issues) the Imperial was otherwise a perfect location. Staff went out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Parking was reasonable $ and always prompt. Our rooms were well stocked, clean and comfortable although some signs of wear were starting to show. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The check-in was extremely slow. The property is old, but everything was clean and worked fine. The kitchenette seemed fairly new. The price was very reasonable considering the area. I would definitely stay here again

Spacious and near the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center with a mini Kitchen, separate bedroom and TV, and living room with a Murphy bed and a couch. They even welcome you with chocolate covered macadamias. The carpets and furniture are outdated but overall one of the best baby for your buck in this area.

We got an early check in. The check-in process was very efficient. The staff was so friendly. The location is convenient to walk around.

The room we stayed at, the Banyan, was a little dated but OK. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and conformable. The carpet however could use a good vacuum session or shampoo. We found clumps and or strands of hairs, not ours, at random places. On the side notes, the receptionist told us that it's cheaper to book directly through their websites, save on Resort fees and some other discounts.

I was happy with the rate including parking for the least expensive room. My view was of a vibrant palm tree. Room was spacious, furniture solid and convenient, bed comfortable. Small complaint was two little bugs and a hair; otherwise, room was super clean.
