Pros- location if you want to be right next to the beach and shops. Nice kitchen and small comfy layout. Laundry available (bring quarters) and bbq. Kitchen seemed relatively new/re-done. Cons- THEY ARE BUILDING A SKY SCRAPER DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET. Incredibly noisy from 7am to 4pm. Woken up every morning by saws and jackhammers. Just awful. This will eventually not be the case once completed whenever that will be. The parking situation - 3 spots that must be reserved- this is not listed when I booked. If you have a car and do not book the parking I’d skip it. Great spot if visiting with NO car. Found parking most nights 2 blocks away but very inconvenient. Not enough towels. Not enough blankets. Alittle dusty. Overall. Okay stay.

Room met our expectations. Location was great! Construction in front of hotel was noisy. This is more like an Airbnb with keyless and seamless check in and check out. No additional services included. Can’t beat the location. Lots of places to eat close by. 2 blocks from the beach.

Overall room was not what I expected. Pictures are usually not what you see physically, But this was not the case room layout is beautiful and nicely designed. Kitchen fully equipped. Love the private patio. Thank you I really enjoyed my staycation.

Facility had e-check-in, only saw one ‘cleaning person ‘ during entire stay Was texted instructions to retrieve key from lock box; nothing in room re refuse/recycling, how to operate a/c etc; room had one set of towels / person (2 adults) for 5 nights plus 1 beach towel each. Washing machine found in common area Room appeared clean; a few mildew areas around shower pan Decent kitchenette - cupboards were difficult to open - push to open/close but magnet maintained strong grip on upper doors (no handles) Decent bed & foldaway - no lumps
